Shipping policy

Delivery & handling

We only ship within New Zealand, we currently do not offer shipping outside of New Zealand.

Business Days: Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from 9am to 4:30pm New Zealand time.

Order processing

We endeavour to process orders within 24 working hours of receipt.

New Zealand orders have an expected delivery window of 3-5 business days.

Processing and shipping time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 11 am, New Zealand time, all Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed the following Monday.

We shall aim to let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date but we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Important all orders are sent via courier and require a signature unless otherwise stated. Please use the comments section at checkout for alternative delivery instructions eg please leave in my letterbox.

New Zealand - *Free shipping on all orders over $150.00 NZD*, nationwide, alternatively a $10.00 flat shipping fee will be charged on orders under $150.00 NZD. For rural deliveries, a flat fee of $18.00 will be charged on orders under $150.00 NZD.

*Free shipping excludes orders consisting of 15 units or more, please email us at hello@advancednutritionprogramme.co.nz for delivery costs.

Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
